There are multiple gaming worlds, each with several channels (CH). In each world, you can create a character that can only be used and developed within that world. Of course, you can only play with one character at a time.
Unlike the designated gaming worlds, you can switch between channels later with the characters you created. Within the selected channel, you can communicate and act with other players, fight with or against them, and experience adventures together.
However, you can also communicate (chat) with players who are playing on a different channel at the same time, so you can arrange a joint game with them on another channel.
However, communication and switching between gaming worlds are not possible.
Once you have selected a gaming world (server) and a channel, click "OK", enter your ID and password, and confirm by clicking "Connect".

Before creating a new character, you must choose one of the three empires. This is where you start the game. Click "Create" for this.

Choose an empire and then click "Select". This will take you to the character class list.

There are four character classes available, each with different attributes that influence the character's behavior in battle.
You can select the character classes with buttons highlighted in red in the graphics. If your desired character is in front, you can choose its appearance on the left side in the square (marked in green), and choose between 1 and 2.
Then you need to give your character a name. After selecting the name, click "Create" to "infuse your character with a soul". Click "Start" with one click to dive straight into the game.
